How Weedkillers Work
There are 4 main types of weedkiller commonly available :
CONTACT, RESIDUAL, TRANSLOCATED and
SYSTEMIC. The 1st only kills the actual part of the plant
that it touches. The 2nd leaves the top 5/10mm of the soil
poisonous to germinating seeds, the 3rd is taken in through
the leaf and is converted by the plant into a substance that kills it from the root up, and theb4th will only kill plants
